Can I wear my Terramore pieces every day?

Please do. The tennis bracelet is allowed to come to the grocery store, and your favorite ring should see more than the inside of its box. Take your pieces off before swimming, working out or using cleaning products, and they’ll love you for longer.

How should I clean my jewelry?

Gold and diamonds usually need little more than lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Dry your piece with a lint-free cloth, and it should be ready to catch the light again. If it includes pearls or gemstones you’re unsure about, ask us before cleaning it at home.

How should I store my pieces?

Give them a little room when they’re off duty. Keeping pieces separate helps prevent scratches and tangled chains, while fastening necklaces before putting them away saves you from spending your next evening untangling one.

What if a stone or clasp feels loose?

Take the piece off and get in touch before wearing it again. Send us a photo and tell us what you’ve noticed; we’ll help you work out the next step so it can get back to being worn.

Shipping

Your piece travels insured with FedEx until it is delivered, and tracking lands in your inbox as soon as it is on its way. Standard ground shipping is always free, and FedEx 2-Day is free on orders over $1,000. Orders over $1,000 require a signature on delivery; if you would rather not sign, you can add Route at checkout.

Most ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 3 business days, though some need a little love, so please allow up to 5. Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you and ship within 21 business days; you will see the timeline on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Returns

If your piece is not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. It should be unworn and in its original condition, with the Terramore tag still attached, in its original packaging, and with its grading report if it came with one. Returns are free, and if you need a different size, you can exchange an eligible piece once at no charge.

Custom, made-to-order, and engraved pieces are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, let us know within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Every Terramore piece is individually crafted, which means no two are exactly alike. Subtle variations in finish, form and setting are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

Natural colored gemstones may feature inclusions, tonal variation or other characteristics formed within the stone itself. These are part of their natural beauty and individuality, making every stone entirely unique. As the value of gold and gemstones can fluctuate, pricing may be adjusted from time to time to reflect current market conditions.
